EA Sports Active

Wii Fit is one of the most popular add-ons for Wii. But it’s not the only game in town. EA Sports Active is an innovative fitness solution for Nintendo Wii that is designed to let you get an even more intense workout than you would with Nintendo Wii. Just like Nintendo Wii Fit, you can get into the game and get a real workout with Sports Active. After a while, you are not even going to realize that you are just following a game.

The personal training helps you do your exercises the right way and even provides you with fitness tips and guidance as well. What I love about this system is the 30 day challenge mode. During these 30 days, you’ll get a set of tailor made 20 minute workouts, that change as you progress each day, and track calories, intensity and progress throughout your journey. Before you know it, you get more fit and lose that fat fast.

If that’s not enough, you can use Nunchuck strap and resistance band accessories as well as the Wii balance board to get more out of your each workout. You’ll have to spend some money on the balance board but it’s only an optional add-on.

All in all, I was really surprised with the quality of this new system. Not only the exercises are intense, you can have a lot of fun playing it with your friends. And the 30 day challenge mode was great for me. If you own a Wii and want to get some real workout and build up your fitness, you should try EA Sports Active.
